Shannon Goodwin is a professional career coach and owner of Rise and Shine Consulting.  She is passionate about helping people take charge of their careers and find fulfillment in their work.  She also works with organizations to implement career development programs that engage employees and achieve organizational success.

Ms. Goodwin has a 20 year corporate background and has held leadership positions in a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, real estate, and customer service. She is a Coach U Graduate and holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Leadership and a B.S. in Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.

Throughout her career, Ms. Goodwin has trained and coached employees, managers and executives in the areas of leadership, talent management, interviewing and selection, time management, communication skills, performance achievement, and team building.  She has also worked with companies to implement career development systems and outplacement services.
